Ephesians 4:8-10

⁸Therefore ^[a]it says,

“^(A)When He ascended on high,
He ^(B)led captive a host of captives,
And He gave gifts to men.”

⁹(Now this expression, “He ^(C)ascended,” what ^[b]does it mean except that He also ^[c]had descended into ^(D)the lower parts of the earth? ¹⁰He who descended is Himself also He who ascended ^(E)far above all the heavens, so that He might ^(F)fill all things.)
